The Comms Room Services Ltd & Comms Room Maintenance LLP (‘the Organisation’) aims to safeguard the information of its service users and clients.

The Organisation operates a Information Security Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 27001: 2005 certification, which applies to all business functions and covers the information, information systems, networks, physical environment and people supporting these business functions.

In view of the Organisation’s position as a supplier for the design construction and maintenance of server room environments, particular care is taken in all procedures and by all employees to safeguard the Information Security of its service users and/or clients.

The  Information Security Policy is regularly reviewed and may be amended in order to ensure its continuing viability, applicability and legal compliance, and with a view to achieving continual improvement in the Information Security Systems.

Copies of the Information Security Policies are made available to all members of staff. Copies of the minutes of minutes of Management Reviews, or extracts thereof, are provided to individual member of staff in accordance with their roles and responsibilities as a means of communicating the effectiveness of the Information Security Manual.
