CMA-CGM is the world's 3rd biggest privately owned shipping company. Their requirement was a complete design and build of a new data centre for their new UK corporate building, located adjacent to the River Mersey.

Comprehensive solution for new data centre
The solution comprised of a fire rated and gas sealed room, a shut down system in the event of a fire - to protect the equipment - a water detection system, an early warning fire detection system, a gas extraction system to vent the room in the event of fire suppressant being released, a complete power installation and distribution system (down to data cabinet level) including a UPS, an Argonite fire suppression system, down draft air-conditioning, a raised floor and a cabling infrastructure throughout the building linking to a Medusa II patching frame.
